StarPower Europe AG is a power semiconductors manufacturer, specialized in module and discrete IGBT components in both Trench and SiC technology. It offers a complete portfolio for IGBT modules, from the smallest enclosures, with solder or press-fit pins, to enclosures with screw-type power terminals.
It is very present both in the industrial and automotive markets, thanks to the production of AQG-324 qualified modules, with which it serves the major Tier-1 and OEMs in the sector.
